Project Overview

While this business was a new endeavor, my client and their family had been invested in the Westport Point, MA area for generations and were passionate about maintaining this historic working waterfront, whose waters yield uniquely sweet and briny oysters beloved by locals. For these reasons, they wanted to support their product with a brand that celebrated the area’s rich history and their respect for the traditions of sustainable oyster farming. This art direction combines classic and nostalgic visuals with modern and casual details, which not only matched the personality of the client, but let their audience know that the sophisticated flavor profile of their oysters are best enjoyed when bare foot on the beach.
